Order Acceptance

Pricing

Cash On Delivery (COD)
- ₹200 advance payment is mandatory for all COD orders.
- The advance amount is adjusted against the total order value.
- The remaining amount is payable at delivery.
RTO & Delivery Refusal Policy
If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, fails to receive the shipment, or causes the shipment to be returned, the ₹200 advance payment will not be refunded.
This amount is used to cover shipping, packaging, and logistics expenses.
