Please read our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation policies carefully.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

You can request a return or exchange within:

  • 2 Days for Returns
  • 2 Days for Exchanges

Submit your request by emailing info@explore-punjab.com from your registered email address.

What Can Be Returned

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.

In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

Color or Preference Issues

If the return is due to color variation, design preference, or simply not liking the product, the item must be self-shipped to our warehouse.

Pickup service will not be provided in such cases.

Other Issues

For all other return or exchange reasons not related to defects or incorrect items, self-shipping is mandatory.

Mode Of Refund

Online Payment Orders

Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing may take a few business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders are generally issued through bank transfers. Customers may be asked to provide bank account details once approved.

Reverse Pickup Policy

We offer paid pickup service at ₹69 per shipment for serviceable pickup pincodes only.

If a pickup pincode is not serviceable, customers must self-ship the parcel to our return address.

Return Exceptions

  • Custom stitch products are non-returnable
  • Custom printed T-Shirts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
  • Bulk orders above 10 items are only 30% returnable
  • Products can be exchanged only once

Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.

Return Process

  • Submit your return request
  • Approval is generally provided within 2–4 days
  • Choose self-shipping or pickup service
  • Refund is processed after product verification

Self Ship – Full Refund Eligible

Pickup Service – ₹150 handling fee deducted from refund

Reverse pickup video is recommended for reference.

Only the product price will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, email us within 24 hours at info@explore-punjab.com

Reports submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for investigation by logistics partners.

Investigation timelines may take 7–15 working days.

Important Notes

No Refund for Tampered Parcels

Refunds or returns will not be accepted if a customer accepts a parcel that is already opened, tampered, altered, or re-taped.

Mandatory Video Proof

Video proof is required for incorrect, damaged, or incomplete product claims.

Conditions For Returns

  • Items must be returned in good condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

How To Cancel An Order

You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by emailing:

Include your order number and cancellation reason.

After tracking information is updated, cancellation is no longer possible.

Orders moved for procurement cannot be cancelled.

RTO Shipment Policy

If a customer refuses delivery, ₹60 shipping charges will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation Refunds

Orders cancelled within 2 hours or before procurement are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled, but may qualify for return under the Return Policy.

Order Cancellation Due To Unforeseen Circumstances

If an order cannot be processed, procured, or shipped due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
