  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India and selected international destinations.

International shipping availability may vary based on location and courier serviceability.

Delivery Timelines

India Orders

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Other Locations: 5–10 Business Days

International Orders

  • 7–21 Business Days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

  • ₹200 advance payment is required to confirm COD orders.
  • The remaining amount is payable at delivery.
  • The ₹200 advance is adjusted against the total order value.

COD Refusal & RTO Policy

If a customer refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, is unavailable to receive the shipment, or the order is returned to us (RTO):

  • The ₹200 advance payment will not be refunded.
  • The amount is used to cover shipping, packaging, and handling charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • WhatsApp
  • SMS
  • Email

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Delays

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel.
  • Take photographs immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours.
